New Issue: Wisconsin Health prices $225.99 million bonds for Aurora Health Care

New York, Jan. 15 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority sold $225.99 million in series 2010A revenue bonds for Aurora Health Care Inc., according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (//A) were sold through Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman, Sachs & Co. The co-managers were Edward Jones & Co. and Ziegler Capital Markets Inc.

The bonds are due 2011 to 2019 with term bonds due 2024, 2029, 2033 and 2039. The serial coupons range from 2.5% to 5%. The 2024 bonds have a 5.25% coupon priced at 98.516 and the 2029 bonds have a 5.5% coupon priced at 99.055.

The 2033 bonds have a 5.625% coupon priced at 99.669 and the 2039 bonds have a 5.625% coupon priced at 97.54.

Proceeds will be used to construct, improve, equip and acquire health care facilities.

Aurora Health Care is based in Milwaukee.
