Wisconsin Health to sell $160 million revenue bonds for Aurora Health

New York, Aug. 14 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority is set to sell $160 million in series 2009 revenue bonds for Aurora Health Care, Inc., according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A3/A/) will be sold on in two tranches, but the exact breakdown of the A and B tranches has not been determined.

Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. is the senior manager.

The maturities have not yet been set.

Proceeds will be used to construct and equip hospitals owned by Aurora Health, as well as to refund the authority's series 1997 bonds.

The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority is located in Brookfield, Wis.
