Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 6 – Singapore Airlines Ltd. said it priced S$200 million of additional 3.13% notes due 2026 to be consolidated and form a single series with the S$430 million of series 004 notes issued on Nov. 17, 2016.
The add-on notes will be issued at 101.5 plus accrued interest from May 17 to Oct. 17, the issue date.
DBS Bank Ltd. is the dealer.
The series 004 notes were and will be issued under the airline’s S$5 billion multicurrency medium-term note program.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate or working capital purposes.
