New Issue: Singapore Airlines sells S$700 million of 3.13% 10-year notes at par

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 14 – Singapore Airlines Ltd. announced it priced S$700 million of 10-year notes at par to yield 3.13%.

DBS Bank Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank and Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. are the joint lead managers.

The series 006 notes will be issued under the airline’s S$5 billion multicurrency medium-term note program.

The flag carrier of Singapore plans to use the proceeds for general corporate or working capital purposes.
