New York, Sept. 20 - Singapore Airlines Ltd. announced the total issue of S$300 million of 2.15% fixed-rate medium-term notes due 2015.
The dealers include DBS Bank Ltd., Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. and United Overseas Bank Ltd.
Of the total amount, S$50 million will be offered to the public in Singapore while the remainder will be placed through DBS, Oversea-Chinese, Standard Chartered Bank and United Overseas.
There is an up to S$100 million over-allotment option to account for excess demand.
The notes are anticipated to be listed on the Singapore Exchange on Oct. 1.
Singapore Airlines was founded in 1947 as Malayan Airways.
