Singapore Airlines upsizes medium-term note program to S$10 billion

New York, Nov. 17 – Singapore Airlines Ltd. updated and upsized its multicurrency medium-term note program so that the amount of notes which may be issued is increased to S$10 billion from S$5 billion, according to a company announcement.

Under the program, Singapore Airlines may issue notes in bearer form or registered form and in series or tranches denominated in Singapore dollars, U.S. dollars, euros or any other currency agreed between the issuer and relevant dealer on the same or different issue dates.

The proceeds from each issue of notes will be used for general corporate or working capital purposes, or such other purposes as may be specified in the relevant pricing supplement.

Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd. and DBS Bank Ltd. are the arrangers.

Singapore Airlines is a Singapore-based airline.
