India's Silverline Technologies OKs plans to issue convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 3 - Silverline Technologies Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it approved plans to issue convertibles at an annual general meeting on Nov. 28.

As previously reported, the company approved plans to issue up to $30 million of convertibles at an extra ordinary general meeting on Aug. 11.

Securities being considered are convertibles, Global Depositary Receipts, American Depositary Receipts secured premium notes or any securities convertible into equity shares.

Silverline is a consulting and information technology services company based in Mumbai, India.
