Signum Finance buys back COP 65 million of 2007-01 notes due 2037

Kansas City, Kan., June 21 - Signum Finance Cayman Ltd. repurchased COP 65 million of its series 2007-01 zero-coupon secured credit-linked notes due 2037 on Wednesday, according to a notice.

Following the repurchase, COP 80 million remains outstanding.

The notes are linked to the Republic of Colombia.

Bank of New York Mellon is the agent.
