Morgan Stanley reports passive stake of 5.3% in Sigma Designs

Philadelphia, Dec. 22 - Morgan Stanley reported an investment of 5.3% in Sigma Designs Inc. as of Dec. 11, according to an SC 13G filing.

The holdings represent a passive stake of 1,398,037 shares.

Sigma Designs is a Milpitas, Calif.-based maker of computerized video components.
