Siemens calls €900 million, £750 million fixed-to-floaters due 2066

Chicago, Aug. 1 – Siemens AG’s financing subsidiary Siemens Financieringsmaatschappu NV called its €900 million subordinated fixed-to-floating bonds due Sept. 14, 2066 and £750 million subordinated fixed-to-floating bonds due Sept. 14, 2066.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Sept. 14, according to a company notice.

The bonds were issued in 2006.

Siemens is an electronics and electrical engineering company based in Munich.
