India’s Shriram Transport committee to mull new issue in November

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 31 – Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it may issue securities in a private placement.

The company’s banking and finance committee will hold a meeting in November to consider the issue, according to a notice.

Shriram Transport provides financing for commercial vehicles and is based in Mumbai.
