Shri Lakshmi board to consider foreign-currency convertibles issue

Kansas City, Kan., Oct. 15 - Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will consider issuing foreign currency convertible bonds at a meeting on Oct. 22.

The board will consider the issue for the purpose of raising equity. It will also consider preference and equity share options, including right issue, qualified institutional placement, private equity, private placement, warrants, global depositary receipts and American depositary receipts.

Additionally, the board will set a date for an extra ordinary general meeting, at which members will consider the proposed issues and other matters of business.
