Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn to mull selling convertibles at board meeting

Chicago, Jan. 19 - Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider offering foreign-currency convertible bonds at a board of directors meeting on Jan. 25.

The company also will consider Global Depositary Receipts and American Depositary Receipts.

Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn is a Kanpur, India-based textile company.
