Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn may issue convertible debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 16 - Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange it will discuss plans to offer convertible debentures at an extraordinary general meeting on Jan. 31.

The company also plans to issue equity shares.

The Kanpur, India-based textile company is focused on synthetic blends, denim and cotton textiles.
