Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn board to mull $20 million convertibles issue

New York, May 25 - Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board will convene on May 31 to consider a $20 million issue of foreign-currency convertible bonds, Global Depository Receipts or American Depository Receipts.

The Kanpur, India-based textile company is focused on synthetic blends, denim and cotton.
