India's Shree mulls issuing convertibles

Chicago, July 18 - Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will hold a meeting on July 26 to consider issuing convertibles.

Securities considered are convertible warrants, equity shares, American Depositary Receipts, Global Depositary Receipts and convertible bonds.

Shree is a Mumbai, India-based sugar wholesale trader.
