Shin Kong cuts conversion price for second, third issue convertibles

New York, Aug. 4 – Shin Kong Financial Holding Co., Ltd. announced reductions in the conversion price of its second and third issues of domestic convertible corporate bonds.

The conversion price for the second issue convertibles will be NT$9.10, lowered from NT$9.58 per share, and the conversion price for the third issue convertibles will be NT$9.41, down from NT$9.90 per share.

Both changes are effective on Aug. 24.

The adjustments are due to a cash and stock dividend.
