South Korea’s Shinhan Bank to begin roadshow March 16 for possible notes offering

Atlanta, March 10 – South Korea’s Shinhan Bank will set out on March 16 for a roadshow to market a possible offering of notes, a market source said.

BofA Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The roadshow starts in New York and will travel to Philadelphia, San Francisco and Reno, Nev., before concluding on March 20 in Los Angeles.

Shinhan Bank is a lender based in Seoul.
