New York, Oct. 28 - Shinhan Bank said it sold $50 million of floating-rate notes at par in a two-tranche offering.
Tranche A carries a two-year tenor and price to yield Libor plus 15 basis points; tranche B carries a three-year tenor and priced to yield Libor plus 20 basis points.
Shinhan Bank is based in South Korea.
