South Korea's Shinhan Bank calls $350 million 5 1/8% notes due 2015

Milwaukee, June 16 - Shinhan Bank announced that on July 15 it will exercise its option to redeem its $350 million 5 1/8% subordinated notes due July 15, 2015.

The 5 1/8% subordinated notes were issued under the bank's $3 billion global medium-term note program dated July 15, 2005.

The redeemed notes are expected to be canceled on July 15.

The bank is based in Seoul, South Korea.
