New Issue: South Korea’s Shinhan Bank sells $500 million 1 3/8% notes due 2026

Concord, N.H., April 21 – Shinhan Bank is listing $500 million of 1 3/8% senior notes due 2026 on the Singapore Stock Exchange, according to a notice on Wednesday.

BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Ltd. HSBC, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Merrill Lynch International and Mizuho Securities USA LLC were lead managers and bookrunners of the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes.

Shinhan Bank is a lender based in Seoul, South Korea.
