Sheridan Square CLO to redeem all secured, subordinated notes on May 11

Minneapolis, April 19 – Sheridan Square CLO, Ltd./Sheridan Square CLO LLC received direction from a majority of its subordinated holders to redeem all of its secured and subordinated notes, according to a notice from trustee Wells Fargo Bank, NA.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on May 11 for the following total redemption prices:

• $265,390,157.73 of class A-1 notes;

• $186,088,416.10 of class A-2 notes;

• $39,981,354.50 of class B-1 notes;

• $40,003,970.53 of class B-2 notes;

• $50,183,748.28 of class C notes;

• $35,462,140.57 of class D notes;

• $30,928,506.63 of class E notes; and

• $11,952,823.62 of class F notes.

The redemption price for the subordinated notes will be its proportionate share of the proceeds remaining after full payment of all amounts and fees under the secured notes.

New York City-based GSO/Blackstone Debt Funds Management LLC is the collateral manager.
