Sharon Bio-Medicine may issue up to Rs. 5 billion in convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 11 - Sharon Bio-Medicine Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue up to Rs. 5 billion in convertible bonds at an annual general meeting on Dec. 31.

Sharon Bio-Medicine is a Mumbai, India-based pharmaceutical company.
