Shackleton 2013-IV CLO to redeem four classes of notes on April 13

Norfolk, Va., March 30 – Shackleton 2013-IV CLO, Ltd./Shackleton 2013-IV CLO, LLC received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem four classes of its notes via a refinancing, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on April 13:

• $265.1 million of class A notes, for a total redemption price of $266,771,309.70;

• $39.2 million of class B-1 notes, for a total redemption price of $39,496,134.44;

• $10 million of class B-2 notes, for a total redemption price of $10,110,250; and

• $35.4 million of class C notes, for a total redemption price of $35,755,927.53.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

New York-based Alcentra NY, LLC is the collateral manager.
