SG Structured Products to price principal-protected notes linked to natural gas

Chicago, July 14 - SG Structured Products, Inc. plans to price principal-protected notes due July 31, 2012 linked to natural gas, according to a term sheet.

Payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the price of natural gas. Investors will receive at least par.

The notes will price on July 25 and settle on July 31.

SG Americas Securities, LLC is the principal agent, with JVB Financial Group, LLC as co-agent.
