Republic of Seychelles to sell $200 million in five-year bonds

New York, Sept. 18 - The Republic of Seychelles plans to sell $200 million in five-year notes, according to a market source.

Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers are running the transaction.

A roadshow is scheduled to take place this week.
