Soros Fund Management decreases stake in AudioCodes to 7.75%

Philadelphia, Oct. 27 - Soros Fund Management decreased its investment in AudioCodes Ltd. to 7.75% as of Oct. 22, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
In the filing, Soros Fund Management reported an ownership of 3,620,847 shares.
Soros Fund Management was previously reported to have a passive stake of 10.28%, or an investment of 4,937,043 shares, on Feb. 14, 2008, according to an earlier SC 13G/A filing.
That stake was an increase in the holding that it reported as of Dec. 31, 2007, which was 4,549,709 shares, or a 9.55% passive stake.
The investor first declared holdings of 6.4%, or 2,781,937 shares, on March 15, 2007.
AudioCodes is an Airport City, Israel-based voice infrastructure company.
