By Rebecca Melvin

Concord, N.H., Sept. 14 – The Republic of Serbia has selected bookrunners and scheduled a global investor call regarding a proposed euro-denominated offering of seven-year green notes and an offering of 15-year conventional notes, according to a market source.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan and Raiffeisen Bank International are arranging the call, which is set to occur at 10 a.m. ET on Tuesday. A series of group and individual calls will follow.

Deutsche Bank is also the green structuring agent. The green bond represents the republic’s first offering under its green bond framework.

The dual tranches are being offered under Rule 144A and Regulation S.
