Gabelli, Gamco buy more shares of Sequa

Charlotte, N.C., June 21 - Sequa Corp. investors led by Gabelli Funds, LLC and Gamco Asset Management Inc. bought 38,600 shares of the company's stock between June 7 and June 19, priced from $113.78 to $114.63.

The reporting persons beneficially own 977,927 shares, or 29.8%, of the New York-based diversified industrial company, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On June 7, the investor reported a 28.65% stake in the company.
