Gamco, Gabelli reduce stake in Sequa

Charlotte, N.C., June 7 - Sequa Corp. investors led by Gabelli Funds, LLC and Gamco Asset Management Inc. sold 35,900 shares of the company's stock between May 24 and June 5, priced from $106.50 to $112.75.

The reporting persons beneficially own 940,327 shares, or 28.65%, of the New York-based diversified industrial company, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On May 24, the investors reported a 30.37% stake in the company.
