Sensata Technologies selling $400 million 101/2-year notes Wednesday

Virginia Beach, Va., April 10 - Sensata Technologies BV plans to sell $400 million senior notes due Oct. 15, 2023 during Wednesday's session, according to a market source.

The Attleboro, Mass.-based company was scheduled to hold a conference call at 11 a.m. ET.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Barclays are the joint bookrunners.

Goldman Sachs & Co. and RBC Capital Markets LLC are the co-managers.

The Rule 144A for life notes will be non-callable.

Proceeds, along with cash on hand, will be used to repay $600 million of existing term loans.

Sensata Technologies is a designer and manufacturer of sensors and controls.
