Costa Brava reports passive stake of 5.5% in SemGroup Energy

Philadelphia, Dec. 22 - Costa Brava Partnership III LP reported an investment of 5.5% in SemGroup Energy Partners, LP as of Dec. 11, according to an SC 13G filing.

That represents a passive stake of 1,178,507 shares.

SemGroup is a Tulsa, Okla., provider of midstream services to the energy industry.
