Singapore’s Sembcorp begins S$3 billion multicurrency debt program

New York, April 3 – Sembcorp Industries Ltd. and subsidiary Sembcorp Financial Services Pte. Ltd. have established a S$3 billion multicurrency debt issuance program, according to a company announcement.

The program covers fixed-, floating- and hybrid-rate notes and perpetual securities. The perpetuals may be issued in series having one or more issue dates on identical terms.

DBS Bank Ltd. is arranger and dealer for the program.

The proceeds may be used for financing general corporate working capital requirements of SCI and its subsidiaries or other purposes specified in the pricing supplement.

Sembcorp is an engineering and construction contractor in Singapore.
