Segro holders vote to substitute the trustee for seven series of notes

Chicago, April 10 - Segro plc said holders voted to substitute the trustee for seven series of notes at a meeting held Thursday in London.

The notes covered by the trustee substitution are the company's £150 million 6.25% notes due 2015, £225 million 6.75% notes due 2024, £150 million 7% notes due 2022, £200 million 5.5% notes due 2018, £250 million 5.625% notes due 2020, £200 million 5.75% notes due 2035 and £300 million 6.75% notes due 2021.

The company will now substitute the Law Debenture Trust Corp. plc for Commercial Union Trustees Ltd. as the trustee.

Segro is a developer and owner of industrial space and is based in Berkshire, England.
