Knoxville, Tenn., May 20 Seche Environnement placed 80 million of bonds in two tranches, according to a press release.
There was 60 million of seven-year 2.9% bonds and 20 million of eight-year 3.05% bonds sold.
Proceeds will be used to refinance recent international acquisitions.
Based in Paris, Seche operates facilities for the treatment and storage of all types of non-radioactive industrial and household waste in France.
