New Issue: Séché Environnement issues two tranches of bonds totaling €50 million

By Lisa Kerner

Charlotte, N.C., May 27 - Séché Environnement issued €50 million of bonds to institutional investors in a private placement as part of its plan to refinance debt.

The bonds were issued on May 22 in two tranches:

• €25 million of five-year bonds; and

Séché will use the funds from the first tranche, underwritten by Amundi, to refinance €25 million issued in April 2012, according to a company news release.

The funds from the second tranche will finance the group's growth and general expenses.
