Seattle to sell $109.08 million in water system revenue bonds Jan. 7

New York, Dec. 30 - The City of Seattle is set to price $109.08 million in series 2010A water system revenue taxable Build America Bonds on Jan. 7, said a notice of sale.

The bonds (Aa2/AA+/) will be sold on a competitive basis with Seattle-Northwest Securities Corp. as the financial adviser.

The bonds are due 2019 to 2040.

Proceeds will be used to fund improvements to the city's water system as well as to refund existing debt.
