AT&T to redeem $2.62 billion 4.6% global notes due 2045 on Feb. 12

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 10 – AT&T Inc. issued a notice on Friday to redeem all of its outstanding $2,619,000,000 4.6% global notes due Feb. 12, 2045 (ISIN: XS1182633591, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed on Feb. 12 at par plus accrued interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the paying agent.

The telecommunications company is based in Dallas.
