AT&T plans to redeem 5.8%, 5.875% global notes due 2019 on Dec. 19

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 16 – AT&T Inc. plans to redeem in full all of its outstanding $2.25 billion of 5.8% global notes due Feb. 15, 2019 and $941,502,000 of 5.875% global notes due Oct. 1, 2019.

The notes will be redeemed on Dec. 19 at their make-whole redemption prices, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Bank of New York Mellon is the paying agent for the notes.

AT&T is a Dallas-based telecommunications company.
