AT&T subsidiaries to redeem 5.875%, 5.2%, 4.875% notes on Sept. 27

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 27 – AT&T Inc. said its subsidiaries issued notices on Aug. 27 for the redemption in full of all of the outstanding $58 million of 5.875% senior notes due Oct. 1, 2019 and $57 million of 5.2% senior notes due March 15, 2020 issued by DirecTV Holdings LLC and DirecTV Financing Co., Inc., and the $1.4 billion of 4.875% notes due March 15, 2020 issued by Time Warner Inc.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 27 at make-whole redemption prices, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Bank of New York Mellon is the paying agent for the notes.

AT&T is a Dallas-based telecommunications company.
