AT&T plans to sell non-callable floaters due 2024 via three dealers

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 16 – AT&T Inc. intends to price dollar-denominated floating-rate global notes due 2024, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are non-callable.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

AT&T is a Dallas-based telecommunications company.
