AT&T plans to sell Canadian dollar notes in two parts via RBC, TD

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 8 – AT&T Inc. intends to offer Canadian dollar-denominated fixed-rate global notes in two tranches, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be due in 2025 and 2048 and feature a make-whole call and then a par call.
RBC Capital Markets Corp. and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
AT&T is a Dallas-based telecommunications company.
