AT&T reports plans to price sale of fixed-rate global notes due 2067

Knoxville, Tenn., July 25 – AT&T Inc. intends to offer dollar-denominated fixed-rate global notes due 2067, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are callable at par plus interest on or after Aug. 1, 2023.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Wells Fargo Securities LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets Corp. and UBS Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

AT&T is a Dallas-based telecommunications company.
