AT&T and Discovery hold second day of investor calls for new notes

Chicago, March 8 – AT&T Inc. and Discovery, Inc. are hosting a second consecutive day of fixed-income investor calls on Tuesday for an offering of new notes, according to information from a market source.

Calls started Monday for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

Proceeds are slated for the purchase of Magallanes, Inc.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are joint global coordinators. Barclays is an additional joint bookrunners.

AT&T is a telecommunications services provider based in Dallas. AT&T is spinning off WarnerMedia to merge with Discovery, a New York-based factual television conglomerate.
