Seasons Series Trust makes several portfolio management changes

San Diego, Feb. 16 - Seasons Series Trust announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission changes to the portfolio management of several of its funds.

Effective Feb. 13, the following changes have been made:

• Peter Hu is a portfolio manager of subadviser PineBridge Investments, LLC's allocation of the Diversified Fixed Income Portfolio, replacing Timothy Campion.

• Kate Faraday is a portfolio manager of Pinebridge's portion of the International Equity Portfolio, replacing Timothy Campion.

• Timothy Campion has been added to the portfolio management teams for the Large Cap Growth, Large Cap Value, Mid Cap Growth, Mid Cap Value and Small Cap Portfolios.

Jersey City-based SunAmerica Asset Management Corp. is the investment adviser to the funds.
