Seasons Series Trust appoints Voege as portfolio manager of five funds

San Diego, Dec. 22 - Seasons Series Trust announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that the portfolio manager for its Large Cap Growth, Large Cap Value, Mid Cap Growth, Mid Cap Value and Small Cap Portfolios has changed.

The portfolio manager of the funds is now Brendan Voege.

Voege, a portfolio manager and quantitative analyst at SunAmerica Asset Management Corp., the fund's investment adviser, joined the firm in 2004.

Voege replaces James Kurtz, effective Dec. 23.

The funds' investment adviser is SAAMCo.
