Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the long- and short-term issuer default ratings for AT&T Inc. as follows: long-term issuer default rating at A and short-term issuer default rating at F1.

The outlook is stable.

Key factors considered in AT&T's ratings include the company's diversified revenue mix, its significant size and economies of scale as the largest telecommunications operator in the United States and Fitch's expectation that AT&T will benefit from continued growth in wireless operating cash flows, the agency noted.
