SCM Microsystems shareholder reports 4.8% ownership interest

Charlotte, N.C., June 8 - Bluehill ID AG reported beneficial ownership of 1,201,004 shares, or 4.8%, of SCM Microsystems, Inc. in a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

Between April 8 and April 24, Bluehill acquired 56,670 shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq, the filing said.

Based in Fremont, Calif., SCM designs smart-card interface technology.
