Southern Ohio Medical Center contemplates offering to refund bonds

New York, March 15 – The Southern Ohio Medical Center is considering a refunding bond sale, according to a statement from the medical center.

The prospective offering will be used to refund the $154,655,000 of series 2008 refunding revenue bonds issued through Scioto County, Ohio, on July 16, 2008.

The $135,265,000 outstanding bonds are due 2017 to 2020, 2028, 2031 and 2038.

The pricing and timing of the deal are contingent upon market and other conditions.
