Scientific Games to hold bank meeting Thursday for $360 million facility

St. Louis, Mo., Oct. 16 - The bank meeting is set for Thursday on Scientific Games Corp.'s $360 million credit facility, according to a market source. Pricing on the facility is open, the source added.

Bear Stearns is the lead bank.

The facility is comprised of an $85 million five-year revolver and a $275 million six-year term loan B.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

The New York City-based company services state lottery businesses, manufactures scratch tickets, and manufactures and services lottery game machines.
